Working Principle of JL Series Hand-Operated Oil Pump

The JL Series hand-operated oil pump is primarily composed of a rotor, stator (i.e., pump body), vanes, and two side plates. It transports liquid by leveraging changes in the working volume formed between the pump cylinder and the two vanes on the eccentric rotor during rotation. The rotor is a cylindrical body with radial slots that house the vanes, allowing them to slide freely within the slots. The rotor is eccentrically positioned inside the pump body. When the rotor is driven by the hand crank, the vanes are pressed tightly against the inner wall of the pump body by spring force. During the first half-rotation of the rotor, the space enclosed by the two vanes gradually expands, creating a partial vacuum to draw in the liquid. In the second half-rotation, this space gradually contracts, compressing the liquid and forcing it into the discharge pipe. The vanes are internally mounted (installed on the rotor). This pump features a compact structure, small overall dimensions, uniform flow, stable operation, and low noise.
